The Client Retention: Following completion, finalized inventory and handover reports are transferred to the hiring letting agent or landlord. In compliance with the UK Limitation Act 1980 governing contractual breach claims, these independent third parties may hold the final reports for a full period of 6 years following the formal termination of the relevant tenancy.
